Hoffman 2009 Challenge

Every year, a team from Hoffman Fabrics chooses an upcoming fabric design and then issues a challenge to quilt, clothing, doll and accessory makers to create an original item using the fabric. We are excited to announce that we just received this week all of these gorgeous fabrics from Hoffman!



The challenge fabric is this fabulous paisley fabric in browns, cream, and greens and is just lovely!

Gloria's Been at it Again!

Oftentimes, Gloria dreams up quilts and then comes in to the shop and they spill out into fabric! Such is the case with this beauty!



This is the original "Two-Day Topper" named by Gloria. It is a quick and easy quilt made from any fabric by any skill level of quilter. Martha is working up a pattern with several variations which we will be uploading here soon, so check back often to get it as a free download!

Christmas Applique :: Get a Head Start

Martha Ooten is preparing to schedule an applique class at Sew Bee It sometime in the future.
Please let us know if you have an interest in joining this monthly class. You will end up with a beautiful Christmas quilt when you complete the class.

Girl Gang 2009

The Girl Gang group had their first meeting at Sew Bee It January 2nd to get started on Jan Patek's Favorite Things quilt. Joanne Brownlee and Judy Pitts led the class. Come by and see the gorgeous completed quilt top that Joanne made.
