Color Mastery Book Tour

We are so excited to announce that Sew Bee It is going to be hosting author of Color Mastery, Maria Peagler, at our shop next Thursday, April 30 at 6:30pm as part of her Georgia Book Tour. Maria will be sharing how you can master the color in your quilts and where to spot the best color trends. Color Mastery takes a unique approach never before seen in a quilting book. Maria has taken artistic principles and coupled them with simple quilts, for gorgeous projects any quilter can make. With Color Mastery, you can take ordinary fabrics already in your stash and turn them into simple quilts with sophisticated color relationships. You will be able to overcome your frustration and fear of color combinations in your quilts. She will also be signing copies of her book for you! Martha Steele will be teaching her Memory Quilt class again this quarter. It is so much fun to see what everyone comes up with to put in their quilts. Can you tell who this quilt was made for by looking at the photos in it? We'll give you a hint...she is just as elegant now as she was when these photos were taken!
