Show and Share from our Customers!

We have such amazing customers! With sewing becoming more popular with the younger generation (Yay!), we have seen a huge resurgence of young moms sewing for their children. I know that I (Susie), personally, loved to sew for my children when they were still small enough to want the clothes I would make for them! Now that they are older, I am enjoying sewing for my friends' little girls and teaching others to do the same.

Terri and Amanda are two such moms who love making beautiful outfits for their girls!

Alayna's Claire Dress

Terri made this gorgeous dress and matching ruffle pants for Alayna using fabric from our shop and Sandi Henderson's Portabello Pixie Pattern, Claire. She is adorable, Terri!

Sydney's Apron

Amanda made this vintage-style apron for Sydney from our Quiltworks Delilah fabric! She is so sweet! Can't you see these on all the little girls in your life? If only they could stay this small!

Alayna :: 70's style

And, for fun, look at Alayna in her 70's retro outfit. She had 70's day at school and her mommy embellished her outfit with Anna Maria Horner's Good Folks fabric plus made her a matching head band. We think she looks groovy, baby!

We know that sewing for our children is another way we can tangibly show our love for them! You ladies keep up the terrific work!

And if any of you are interested in learning more about sewing children's clothing, give us a call or email! We would be happy to plan a class and add it to our new class schedule!
